Hello, I'm Scott Moffat

My faith in Christ came at a Brigades meeting at Prospect Heights Baptist Church in 1961. A bus from the church picked my two older brothers and me up for club and Sunday School every week. One evening, at a club meeting, the message about Jesus’ love and His offer of salvation were shared. I do not remember much about what was said, but I do recall that I said ‘yes’ to the offer of eternal life. Later on, I understood that I had learned I was a sinner who was condemned and in need of a Savior. I placed my faith and trust in Jesus’ death, burial, and His resurrection … in my place. This secured for me an eternal destiny with that can never be lost nor taken away.
